We are looking for an experienced, talented, and energetic senior developer to join the Offerwall Measurement team! Our mission is to build maintainable and resilient systems to identify users by respecting their privacy settings, to create financial transactions for accounting, and deliver virtual rewards to the user. We aim to do so efficiently and effectively at scales in the range of tens of billions of events per hour. Our team and stakeholders are spread across the globe. What you'll be doing

• Contribute to the design and development of new product features as well as refactor and optimize existing features based on changing conditions

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

• Work with external teams collaboratively to expand your domain knowledge beyond your team’s scope

• Apply our engineering principles to your work and bring your own practices to the teams

What we're looking for

• Strong and proven experience developing and maintaining distributed web services at scale

• Proven experience in producing and analyzing web service event audit trails

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

You might also have

• Experience in ad tech or fin tech

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Couchbase, Aerospike, SingleStore, and SQL

• Experience with monitoring and observability systems such as Grafana, Open Telemetry, New Relic, Splunk, Honeycomb

• Experience with Docker and kubernetes, AWS or GCP
