As a Senior Software Engineer you will be included in our System Software group within the Engineering department, focusing on developing pioneering monitoring software for our customers. We are building web-based software products using a microservice architecture, with .Net and C# for backend and Vue.js for the frontend. We are working according to the Scrum methodology in smaller teams, which gives us considerable autonomy in our daily work. The product you will work on collects and analyzes data from different devices such as our radar-level sensors. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from creating innovative new features to maintaining and optimizing existing software, as well as contributing to the design, development and ongoing evolution of the software.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Create, update and maintain specifications and software code according to software development release plan. Design and implement new functionalities in the source code. Participate in software peer reviews (such as design reviews, code reviews, test reviews, etc.) Create and perform unit, component and software tests. Analyse system requirements and define functional and non-functional software requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field. Solid experience developing systems in .NET platform with C#. Database management experience with tools such as PostgreSQL and MSSQL. Communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Experience working in a Linux environment. Knowledge of frontend development tools such as TypeScript/JavaScript with Vue.js. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows. Experience configuring and managing Kubernetes.
