Responsibilities: * Senior Software Engineer will lead a development team to build and enhance applications in a service-oriented, highly scalable environment * Collaborate with product and technology teams to create IT architecture that aligns with business and technology vision * Assist program management with accurate estimations and timely delivery of key projects * Contribute to defining standards and governance processes for technology projects * Manage and prioritize engineering initiatives, infrastructure changes, and new feature requests in an agile environment * As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical leadership and address operational concerns in technical designs * Mentor and support team members in various tooling and technologies * Participate in feature reviews with product owners and other stakeholders * Recruit and assist in the hiring process for new team members * Evaluate team performance and participate in performance reviews
