About the job: As a dynamic Senior Software Engineer on our team, you will work in a mixed tech stack inclusive of cloud platforms, some UI and some remaining legacy integrations.. You will work in an Agile environment while delivering a mix of projects, supporting major programs, and enhancements/support requests as you:
Work with technical leads to design & enhance cloud platform services and products.Interact with stakeholders and application development teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.Contribute to technical alternatives based on complex product impact analysisIteratively code high-quality, stable components & services.Execute all levels of testing (system, functional, QA and regression) utilizing multiple testing solutions.Engineer production support automations and knowledge management to enables developer self-service capabilities.Identify and recommend appropriate continuous improvement opportunities for your team.Participates in support and on-call rotations.
Qualifications
5+ years’ software engineering experience.Deep knowledge in Java/Spring, Python, Typescript, Splunk, DataDog, CDKExperience building service based solutions for cloud based platforms Postman, VS code tools and Spring Boot (or comparable development languages) Integrated Developer Environments (IDE) Core AWS Service components: Lambda, RDS, SQS, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation or Terraform, EventBridgeService based (API) developmentDevOps experience utilizing the Git Suite and GitHub Actions.Knowledge of native cloud solution development and platform configuration.Experience supporting enterprise-wide tools, solutions and support.
