Your Team
As the Senior Software Engineer on the Platform Enablement Journey for US Business (USB) Technology, you will collaborate with product owners, tech leads, feature teams, solutions architects, and other engineers. Your main objective will be to build and modernize a cloud-based feed generation capability that supports the organization's strategic platforms utilizing AWS services.
This is a highly visible platform that supports our U.S. Life, Retirement Strategies, and Institutional business administration functions. The strategic cloud-based feed generation capability plays a vital role in our success by supporting our current operations and advancing our goals and objectives for business growth. As a seasoned technical leader, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong technical insight, an inclusive leadership attitude, as well as a drive for continuous learning.
This is a dynamic role responsible for executing on the strategy and assisting the Product Owner to ensure the successful implementation of our strategic architecture. Along with providing technical leadership and mentoring the teams, you will be expected to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact across our U.S. business lines.
Work arrangement is hybrid (minimum 3 days/week based out of either our Newark, NJ or Minneapolis, MN offices).

The salary range for this role is from $107,700.00 to $160,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
