About the Team:
The Software Engineer works to develop and automate systems and software to accommodate complex manufacturing processes that provides real solutions. A Software Engineer addresses the entire software development lifecycle including analyzing the needs, designing, testing and developing software in order to meet those needs.

 

What you can look forward to as Senior Software Engineer:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that interfaces with digital controls for production processes. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Help maintain code quality, organization, and optimization. Strong knowledge of .NET framework. Proficient in VB.NET with knowledge of its ecosystems. Knowledge of C# and C++ for future applications. Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Skill for writing reusable libraries. Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code, with programming comments.  Proficient understanding of code versioning tools. Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server database and query development. Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application. Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Your profile as Senior Software Engineer:

Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Software Engineering or Equivalent Years Experience.  5+ years of related experience preferred. Significant experience in a related field may be substituted for the education requirement. VB.NET experience required. MS SQL Server experience required. Microsoft Access experience preferred. SAP experience preferred.  Strong communication and organizational skills.
