In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent with min of 4+ years of experience in IT, should have worked on large architecture Initiatives dealing with Microservices, JAVA and J2EE Should be strong at Microservices Architecture, Mongo Db, Kafka, Fongo, Junit\Test NG and Cucumber, PCF\AWS, Apigee\Spring Cloud gateway, Service Discovery and service mesh Framework, Distributed Logging and Tracing FrameworkShould have very good knowledge on Domain driven design conceptsStrong hands on with the Strangler pattern, API gateway Pattern, Aggregation pattern, CQRS, Event sourcing, Saga and Circuit breaker patternsHands on with Any RDBMS, Junit, Mockito, AngularJs and Angular 6,GITStrong in Front end technologies especially Bootstrap, Angular 7\8, PRIMENGHands on with ELK stackExposure to Splunk dashboards and App dynamicsProficiency in using code analysis and debugging toolsShould have deep knowledge on Git source repository, Gradle build toolShould have experience in leading a team of 6-8 technicallyShould have working knowledge of scrum process of developmentShould have strong communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of Camunda BPM workflow toolKnowledge on Machine learning models and sue cases

Designing and implementing the Solution architecture with Product Engineering Approach for challenges encountered in complex and highly Distributed systemQuantitatively analyze and come up with pros and cons of using a new technology in your solutionsQuickly develop and demo POCs on latest technologies (Apigee gateways, Orchestration frameworks, Integration of BPM tools) and effectively prove your points to convince leadership teamsAccountable to own and deliver the proposed Solution Designs till executionDocumenting the Solution design in an elaborative manner using the standard taxonomy Enhancing Highly visible and Critical Data driven decision automation Java\JEE based components in collaboration with various technical teams involved in the development processCollaborate with various CTO teams to understand the application onboarding process of a tool\framework in great detailAlways be ready and comfortable to showcase the product to the leadership team and other stakeholders to socialize the productAnalyze the impacts on different modules involved thoroughly before making any code changesFixing Critical Production issues impacting multiple modules within the SLAWorking in agile teams to develop features of the product in collaboration with the US teamsDelivers high quality output at all timesInstill best practices of software development Technically lead the India team members Have an inclination towards innovation and continuous improvementTrain the team members on the technical\Functional aspects effectively
