This role is within the Global Technology Services (GTS) team which is part of the wider MasterCard Operations & Technologies group. We provide high quality evolutionary and operational capabilities to support the MasterCard Prepaid Management Services business.
We are looking for experienced Senior .NET developer to oversee the development of functional. You will be directly involved with .NET application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and the development of operational procedures. You should have good managerial skills, extensive experience with Microsoft Frameworks, and advanced problem-solving skills. A top-class Senior .NET Developer ensures the software development team produces scalable and functional applications that meet company specifications.
Role
•\tMeeting with technology managers to determine application and website requirements.
•\tUpgrading existing .NET websites and applications.
•\tAnalyzing system requirements and delegating development tasks.
•\tDeveloping technical specifications.
•\tWriting scalable code for .NET software applications.
•\tReviewing and debugging .NET applications.
•\tProviding support for junior developers.
•\tDeploying functional websites, programs, and applications.
•\tDrafting software and application operating procedures.
•\tTraining junior staff.
•\tCo-ordinate software and infrastructure changes
•\tTo contribute to continuous service improvement by reviewing and maintaining all documentation
All About You
Essential
•\t7+ yrs of experience with .NET tools and modern technologies - ASP.NET MVC, .NET CORE, Web API, Angular 12+, Entity FW 6+, SQL, CMS - Umbraco.
•\tProficient with front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
•\tAbility to work with various development methodologies;
•\tAn understanding of software release management
•\tAn understanding of change control process/incident management
•\tGood communication skills and ability to work under pressure
•\tAble to work without close supervision
•\tGood decision making skills
•\tExcellent written and spoken English to be able to clearly understood over phone and Chat sessions.
Desirable
