The main focus of the team is to provide a set of services to enable Splunk product onboarding and automating the existing Splunk product delivery process.What you’ll get to do:Own and be accountable for the delivery of multiple features.Build and maintain the infrastructure leveraged by splunk cloud services as well as design and implement APIs needed for the same.Help scale our backend systems in a performant, secure, and reliable wayPartner with leaders from architecture, eng management, and product management on project requirements, designs, and development plans.Help identify and develop ways to improve our team's productivity and efficiency by expanding on our existing tools and processes.Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of frameworks and backend componentsLead and mentor junior engineers, to help develop their technical skills, communication and careersParticipate in on-call rotation of the team where you will get an opportunity to work on real customer incidents and improve on that.What We Offer You:A constant stream of new things for you to learn. Base Pay Range
Australia
Base Pay: AUD 147,200.00 - 202,400.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
