How you will make an impact as a Fullstack Software Engineer:Develop custom applications supporting novel medical devices that are improving quality of life for people with chronic conditionsSolve technical challenges while upholding performance, safety and security standardsLead the design effort to ensure secure, scalable and performant applicationsTo be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience7+ years of design and implementation experience of scalable and secure computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms2+ years of experience developing responsive applications using React and Node.jsSolid experience developing RESTful API bearing micro-services with GoLang or JavaUnderstanding of security standards, secure coding practices and threat modeling approachesProficient in writing detailed design specifications, diagrams, documentation, operating procedures, and test plans/test reportsExpert in using Linux in hosted/containerized deploymentsStrong distributed system networking and debugging skillsDatabase design and development experience with NoSQL, SQL, and Time Series databasesDistributed messaging systems exposure: SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ, etcDevOps Tools Exposure: Ansible, Artifactory, JenkinsPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on technology experience in large cloud environmentsTerraform, Kubernetes deployment and operational experienceGoLang, Python development/ deployment experienceServerless Technologies experiencePII/PCI, HIPAA regulatory exposure
