AI-powered no/low-Code experiences – Enabling users to interact with data without deep coding expertise.

You are a highly productive Senior Software Engineer, eager to ship impactful AI features and shape the future of data intelligence.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end execution – From ideation to production, you take responsibility for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Thrive in fast-paced environments – Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and building AI-powered features that make a difference. Bring strong TypeScript expertise – Designing, testing, and optimizing large-scale, performance-critical applications. Be data-driven – Instrument features and run experiments to measure the impact on users and iterate effectively. Have a bias for action & pragmatic problem-solving – You move fast, make trade-offs wisely, and find practical paths to impact. Care deeply about developer & customer experience – You build intuitive, powerful tools that simplify complex workflows.What we look for:
5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Passion for user experience and design and a deep understanding of front-end architecture. Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables. Motivated by delivering customer value. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember). 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (eg: Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++,Go). Good knowledge of SQL. Experience with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes. Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
