AAA's flagship product is Emergency Roadside Service (ERS). ERS is a dynamic, fast-paced, and critical 24/7 operation that rescues millions of motorists every year. What You'll do :
Utilize established programming and design concepts to develop new and valuable features and enhancements for your ERS customers using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Engage with stakeholders, management, product owner, and SMEs to translate business requirements into well-architected cloud-based solutions and implement these by actively participating in the application development, testing, rollout, and support lifecycle.
Measure, analyze, and optimize custom applications to ensure optimal performance and throughput.
Ensure continual quality via unit/regression testing, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and code reviews.
Leverage Project Management Agile tools such as Jira.
Consult and work with multiple Agile / Scrum teams to achieve coordinated and on-time deliveries.
Communicate designs and plans to a wide range of business partners verbally and in writing in ways that improve understanding for each participant according to their experience and job function.
What You'll Need :
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including implementation, migrations, optimization, and consolidations.
5+ years across multiple domains (Salesforce, Mulesoft, AWS, 3rd party-integration).
4+ years of experience working on projects to build custom enterprise applications, preferably cloud-based (SaaS, PaaS). Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, Fargate.
Fluent with established programming techniques and languages such as Java, Javascript, C#, and Apex.
Experience implementing and consuming large-scale web services (REST or SOAP). Mulesoft experience is a plus.
Experience with Testing Automation Software (Tosca Tricentis is a plus)
Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Must be proficient with git-centric SDLC and SFDX on the Salesforce platform.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Eagerness and willingness to learn new and exciting technologies.
Experience and understanding of various enterprise application software patterns.
Experience with developing and supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills and outstanding teamwork skills.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$129,400.00 - $172,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
