About the Role
 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will perform complex research, design, and software development tasks. You will provide valuable input to project plans and schedules, and mentor junior team members. Additionally, you will effectively communicate with users to translate their requirements into solutions.
 

Responsibilities
 

Performing software design across multiple systemsMentoring junior team membersCommunicating with users/customers to translate their requests into solutionsInterfacing with technical personnel to finalize requirementsCompleting complex bug fixesUnderstanding and translating complex product requirements into software designsImplementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviewsResolving complex technical issues as necessary

Requirements
 

Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering.Be proficient in data manipulation language and optimization techniquesPossess advanced knowledge of software development methodologiesHold a BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experienceBe knowledgeable in industry best practices in developmentHave expertise in development languages such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .NetExhibit excellent research skillsPossess good oral and written communication skills
