Primary Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze customer requirementsDeliver high-quality and efficient Java EE applicationsDesign, develop and maintain Java applications within all phases of the Software Development Life CycleRecommend software solutions to emerging needsCommunicate effectively with DEV, QA, and Support teamsWork with external vendors for integrated solutions without comprising the integrity of our applicationsPerform code reviewsMentor and lead junior developers on the teamExecute production releases working with internal teamsDocument processes and features as needed

Skill Required

Advanced experience in Java, JEE, Webservices and Database conceptsWeb programming, user interface design experience, and database designKnowledge of Unix commands to perform deployments on Linux serversGood time management skillsProblem solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field7+ years of application development experience
