About the Role
 

The Senior Software Engineer II will lead and contribute to software development and implementation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software products, ensuring industry standards are met.
 

Responsibilities

Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Leading the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and performance.

Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Translating complex product requirements into software designs, working closely with other development team members

Participating in code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.

Investigating and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the software platform.

Contributing to the evolution of the software development process, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.


Requirements

Demonstrate a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within a professional setting.

Be proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ and agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.

Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Be experienced in leading and mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative team environment.

Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
