What You Will Get to Do:

Test Automation Development: Develop and maintain automated test scriptsTest Planning and Design: Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Participate in Test case ReviewManual Testing (when necessary): Perform exploratory, usability, and acceptance testing to ensure the   application behaves as expected.Defect Management: Identify, document, and report bugs using tools like Xray.Continuous Improvement: Analyze test results to identify patterns of failure and areas of improvement. Contribute to improving testing processes and workflows.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations teams, to clarify requirements and priorities.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align testing activities with development progress.Code Reviews: Review automated test code written by team members to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards and provide constructive FeedbackMonitoring and Maintenance: Monitor test environments and ensure they are up to date with the latest code and configurations. Maintain existing test scripts and update them as needed when application features change.Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report test coverage, defect densities, and other quality metrics. Provide status updates on testing progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

Should have 2-5 years of experience in full time SEIT roleGood at STLC life cycle.Hands on experience with functional testingShould have experience with end-end phases of test automationGood understanding of QA processes and methodologies.Should have excellent communication skillsShould be able to communicate with different stake holders and take things forward with minimum or no hand holdingShould be able to drive things independentlyShould have experience with any of the following tools Selenium/Test Complete/Cypress/ReactHands on experience in programming preferably in Java/Java Script/Python/C# languagesAutomation experience at API/REST and UI levelDevelop, maintain and execute automated testsExperience with Jenkins and Docker is a plusExperience with Cucumber Jasmine, Mocha or similar frameworksPerformance Testing Experience with LocustExperience in TDD/BDD testing process is a plusAbility to write SQL queries & stored procedures is a plusWilling to learn new tools/technologies as required to fulfill the job
