The ideal candidate will be highly technical, detail-oriented, creative, motivated, and focused on achieving results.What You'll DoLead the design and implementation of the core test automation framework for Veeva Clinical Platform enabling teams to work using an automation first approachDesign, build and optimize test execution infrastructure allowing test execution at scaleBe able to constructively critique design/implementation specificationsBuild the next generation CI/CD pipeline for in partnership with DevOps teamIdentify test gaps and opportunities to expand test case coverageDrive adoption for automation first approachEvaluate, recommend and drive adoption of both current and new tools and technologiesDiagnose, debug and fix issues in cloud based automation environmentCollaborate with PMs, Developers, and QA on tools strategy and approachIdentify areas for improvement, drive process optimizations, and mentor team members to uphold industry-leading quality standardsRequirements7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and infrastructure developmentExperience in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworksStrong expertise in Java, Selenium , TestNG and CucumberExperience in testing applications using Selenium or for Android and iOS using tools like AppiumAPI Testing experience is requiredExperience with Jenkins and building CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWe are looking for strong mentors with a proven record of making your team betterNice to HaveExperience building test reportsExperience Integrating and managing cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or other SaaS testing solutions into the test frameworkExperience with Spring BootKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS is a plusLearn MorePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $100,000 - $175,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
