We’re currently looking for Senior Software Engineer who is excited about building internally-facing platforms and services that improve developer productivity, efficiency, and engineering excellence. You are a self-starter who can support/lead Operation activities as well as collaborate with other parts of the team, including product, QA, etc. to deliver solid products. You will help drive solutions in our day-to-day activities for our customers by bringing together multiple, distributed, cross-functional teams.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering, (strongly preferred), or equivalent work experience.At least 2 years of working experience in some of the technologies stated below:Java8+, Springboot, XML & JSON processing, Relational databases: Postgres/Oracle, Microservices, Linux and Shell scripting, Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Google Cloud / Azure, Basic knowledge of AWS/Azure, Experience in Logging and Monitoring using tools, Experience in NoSQL database such as Cassandra etc
What will you be doing in this role?
Your primary responsibility will be attending to and troubleshooting queries and service requests raised by internal and external customers in an effective and timely manner. Majority of the queries will be related to Identity and & Access management followed by other technical queries.Following the support process. This will include ticket management, documentation, SLA management and timely customer communication and collaborating with other parts of the technology teamProducing timely metric of issues covered, patterns observed, steps taken to solve repetitive problems etc. All tools and utilities which will be found effective for better customer support, must be conceptualized, and developed by support team. Therefore, you need to have solid concepts of how to take a high-level concept to a tangible product.Working with architects/dev team to generate solid software/component-level designs supporting technical requirements and contribute to project plans if needed.Conduct code review of projects as presented by your manager, providing feedback.About the Team
