Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

Mobile development (80%) Full stack application development (from front-end client facing apps to API driven back-end code) Assist in continuous integration and delivery efforts to ensure we’re constantly promoting quality code Refine application architecture in a cost-effective way to meet the organization’s changing business requirements while continuing to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for availability and performance. Stay current on implementation technologies, best practices, and skills for application delivery success. Document and communicate updated architectural patterns, component design, and development processes. Develop and deliver high quality applications that meet the requirements provided by the broader team Assist in the implement vendor solutions, specifically around ecommerce and delivery Cross-functional team interaction (20%) Mentor and coach junior development team members Lead technical development designs for application creation Work with business area teams to help translate mockups into working prototypes and help determine development effort required Be an advocate for ways in which web and mobile technologies can improve our restaurants, both for our customers and our team members Provide code review for junior developers by suggesting improvements and best practices Manage complexity of working on, or supporting, multiple projects at a time

What You Bring to the Table:

Education/Certifications – BS in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience Experience          Years of Experience  2-3 years React or React Native experience 5+ years of JavaScript experience Knowledge and application of sound SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies Experience with relational or non-relational databases Experience with TypeScript and querying GraphQL Foundational knowledge of systems design and application architecture Experience implementing or integrating CI/CD processes Performance testing, profiling and tuning Experience leading team and mentoring/coaching junior development team members Experience with Terraform a plus Knowledge of cloud-based architectures preferred Technology Stack Cloud-native applications, AWS preferred HTML JavaScript Typescript Sass/CSS RESTful API React React Native
