If you are passionate about building amazing software and solve critical problems, then we want to hear from you. **Description** Partner with teams across Apple to understand and develop new features Work within and outside team to design and build highly scalable, secure and robust applications Partner with SRE, QA and Infrastructure team to drive successful product release and resolve production issues Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to enable transparent work culture **Minimum Qualifications** + Experience configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework + Experience complex case workflows + Experience in building new rules and rule sets for business logic + Experience in creating new UI sections/harnesses and customizing Pega UI using themes + Experience in using data pages, data transforms, creating and exposing rest services for high data volume + Hands-on experience in Java + Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + LSA with 8+ years configuring and designing Pega applications in Customer Service framework + Should be aware of best practices in general application design as well as Pega application design + Should have good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS + Should have hands-on experience in Java **Education & Experience** Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
