Job Role and Responsibilities:

Strong experience in Perl scripting, object-oriented Perl, and Perl modules (CPAN). Experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Strong command-line skills, experience with shell scripting, and understanding of file systems and process management. Experience with Git or similar version control systems. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application frameworks (e.g., Mojolicious, Catalyst). Strong problem-solving skills, experience with debugging tools, and writing unit tests. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization (e.g., Docker). Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with team standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
