Key Responsibilities:Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and gather requirements and organize/present developed features for complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.Minimum Qualifications:A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:Expertise in React Proven experience in developing microservices and local environment setupProven track record of Design, development and implementation of React UI/.Net based large volume, high availability enterprise applicationsExperience on exception handling, correct use of data structures, multi-threaded programming, memory management and application tuningStrong React (Core, React Hooks, Redux or Zustand, React Router etc.) based microservices developmentMust have excellent exposure in Unit TestingGood knowledge in design patternsGood hands-on experience with RDBMS like Oracle/ SQLServer & have ability to write data structures, basic SQL Queries & knowledge of joins, Views, Group By, Having Clause etcExcellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlinesExperience in Agile software development in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the understanding of SOLID with in the English language.Additional Experience Desired:Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)Architectural (Microservices, Serverless etc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observer etc) PatternsUnit TestingWorking in the CloudContainers using Docker/KubernetesSpecific client-engagement specified technologies, which will be determined and vetted at the time of the interview.At 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:Imagine a flexible work environment – whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
