UST is looking for a Lead React Developer to design responsive web applications. You will analyze project objectives, create UI designs, and work on front-end development as per project requirements. The ideal candidate has experience integrating with back-end services.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers and testers, to translate business requirements into effective and user-friendly end-to-end solutions Design and implement web applications using ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and proactively apply them to enhance the development process Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to address performance and scalability issues Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets established standards Collaborate with other teams to integrate front-end components with back-end services, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality Participate in Scrum ceremonies Proactively share accomplishments, knowledge, and lessons within the team Provide updates and status reports during development and related support activities

 

Qualifications:

6 years’ experience developing React web applications 3 years’ experience leading and guiding technical teams Proficient in React, Typescript, and React Testing Library. Experience in AWS is a plus Solid understanding of front-end development best practices, including responsive design Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
