Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Senior Software Developer to support Public Sector Solutions.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Demonstratable full stack development experience deploying web-based solutions in cloud environmentsHTML, CSS, JavaScript experienceExtensive experience with at least one of the following: C#, Java, PHP, and/or PythonExperience leading teams/projects through all phases of the development lifecycleExperience mentoring junior staffComfortable briefing senior managementSupport multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent troubleshooting capabilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood interpersonal skillsWillingness to expand current skillsetThis position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.


Desired skills:

AWS experience (e.g. EC2, ASG, Lambda, etc.)Experience with VUE.js, Node.js, React, and GitExperience working in both Linux and Windows development environmentsExperience with IIS, Apache Tomcat and/or NginxQuerying and designing relational databases in MariaDB/MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle

Required Qualifications: Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. (NOTE: Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree). Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP)
