Why this role is important to Field Nation:The Senior Software Engineering Manager will be able to support and impact Field Nation’s development team by providing mentorship, career development, and technical leadership in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Software Engineering. With a strong focus on people, technology, and the business, this person will enable our teams to move quicker by focusing on the execution of our product delivery process. This position will also offer the chance to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where innovative ideas are encouraged and collaboration is necessary.
