Microsoft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering manager to join the our International Sovereign Platform Team (ISPT), leading and growing a geographically distributed team of engineers to build out and support the back-end operations infrastructure in the sovereign clouds Microsoft delivers around the world. 

The ISPT are a growing international team within the Microsoft Azure Edge & Platform organisation.  We deliver specialised cloud environments, known as sovereign clouds, that are designed to comply with the data laws of specific countries and regions.  You would be part of the team specifically responsible for enabling secure cross-domain data transfer between the Azure public cloud and the sovereign clouds and the sovereign cloud operations infrastructure. 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager who 

thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment loves solving complex problems  has experience with mission-critical and highly assured distributed systems
