WHY CUSTOMER CARE
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Customer Care team within the Trust & Safety org. You will support Roblox users by working with our Customer Support agents and Roblox development community on problems that have not been solved before. You will be responsible for large parts of Roblox's public and internal facing applications.
You Will:
Build customer-facing and internal web applications, including a cutting edge LLM-backed Chatbot, that help solve user problems. Work with Engineering, Product, Data Scientists, Design and Operations partners to drive the future of Customer Support. Take ownership of projects throughout their full lifecycle. Report to Engineering Manager.You Have:
A BS degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science or related engineering field with at least 6 years of hands-on experience. Experience building web applications (using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue) Experience in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Python or similar.You Are:

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range$233,840—$283,780 USDRoles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
