We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help develop the core components that drive functionalities like generic transactions, voiding, rules engine, multi-company operations, custom segments and many others. While our product may seem straightforward, the diversity of our customers' needs and the complexity of our codebase present unique challenges.

Our tech stack includes Java with Oracle DB for our backend, and a user interface built with TypeScript Jet built on React, and our internal JavaScript framework. You will have the opportunity to work on both new greenfield projects and maintain our established legacy systems - all while emphasizing automation and quality assurance. Key responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development process, from planning to implementation and testing. Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality deliverables. Investigate and troubleshoot defects, providing actionable insights to improve our code quality. Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and quality assurance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. What we are looking for? Engineering or computer science degrees with a strong background in software engineering, that includes Java or any similar object-oriented programming language, and relational databases (Oracle DB is a plus). Passion for quality, experience with test automation and a solid understanding of testing methodologies. Familiarity with clean code practices, SOLID principles, and agile methodologies. Knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly JavaScript and TypeScript. Being familiar with React is advantageous. A proactive mindset and a desire to grow as an engineer and leader.
