Red Hat Engineering is seeking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our team focused on Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization.This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our virtualization solution and contributing to the success of our open-source technologies. The Senior Software Quality Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies, as well as identifying and reporting defects and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. In this role, you will test virtualization solutions for Containers and Virtual Machines, contributing to industry-leading technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift Virtualization, Libvirt, and QEMU. The team is focused on combining OpenShift Virtualization with already existing technologies, including the integration with guest OS and applications inside the VMs.As a part of a geographically distributed team, you will collaborate with multiple Red Hat engineering teams and Open Source communities around the globe.
