Your role:

Create high quality working softwareFeatures driven development in an agile approachActively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and backlog refinement. Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software and processesDesign, code, document, test (automated), maintain and deploy softwareSupport DevOps in deploying softwareSet, monitor and ensure to meet own performance metricsDefine, monitor and meet performance and quality metricsProvide technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end-users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and securityKeep abreast of technical knowledge by studying and implementing state-of-the-art programming techniques and development tools, participating in educational opportunities, participating in communities of practice, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks Key performance indicatorsProvide guidance to development and test teams with respect to overall design and developmentSelf-Improvement: How well does the developer self-select metrics (and target values) and other goals to support personal improvement and new learning goal

You're the right fit if:

8+ years of programming experience with Java and other object-oriented languagesExperience in building cloud-enabled services deployed at scale on AWSGood problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in working on distributed enterprise softwareExpertise on various design patterns implementationProgramming languages and frameworks: Java, Spring, Python (Good to have)Source Control System: TFS, GITCICD tools: BitBucket, Jenkins, Docker Understanding of AWS services such as IAM, S3, ECS, EC2, Lambda, CloudFront,, RDS a must
