Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases against software platforms, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day-to-day QA Activities. Good Analytical and communication skills.Building the Automation Framework from the scratch and working with teams in developing and maintaining the scriptsMust have programming experience in Java and or JS.Exposure to TypeScript would be added advantage.Good knowledge in Windows, Android and IOSGood hands-on experience in backend and front-end testing. Basic knowledge of Database like SQLVery good knowledge on Rest API testing skillsHands on experience in test automation tools and framework like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress. Experience in BDD framework Cucumber.Have experience in testing Rest API’s and development of Rest Api test automation Have expert knowledge in testing concepts, test process, test design skills and testing techniques.Have exposure to Azure DevOps tool or other test management tool for maintaining test cases, updating the test results and sending the test updates to leads/Manager on timely basis.Have experience in creating and maintaining CI\CD pipelines.Work closely with product teams and product management to understand requirements and translate them in to test cases which capture all possible test conditions.Interfacing with overseas counterparts frequently to resolve issues.Peer reviews for code and design to reduce testability issuesOnsite experience in testing at customer or partner sites would be beneficialExcellent communication and written skillsMust demonstrate flexibility in work hours to meet important customer deliverables and project deadlines as requiredDesired Skills & Abilities:
Experience in ERP domain applications testing.Exposure to JS based framework like Jest, Jasmine and MochaHas exposure in performing security and performance testingExperience with integrated test environments would be added advantageGood system level debugging skills are an advantage.Able to work independently, manage multiple projects to meet schedules in a dynamic and fast paced environment Willing to travel across geographical boundaries based on the business need.Required Education and Experience:
