Design, develop, and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for both manual and automated testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes. Work within Agile teams to support feature development from concept through to deployment, focusing on delivering high-quality releases. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify requirements and acceptance criteria. Perform root cause analysis of issues, identifying areas for improvement in both applications and processes. Review and update testing strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices in Microsoft and Linux environments and automation. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).Knowledge of programming languages such as Angular, Python, or JavaScript. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Clearance Required\: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum Education\: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Years of Experience\: 5 (five)
Preferred\:
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE). Creating and maintaining automation frameworks and automated test scripts, focusing on scalability and reusability. Experience with command-line operations, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and Linux-based debugging tools.*
