Senior Presales Role:
For this role, we are looking for someone with strong SAP ERP Procurement functional business knowledge across both ECC and S/4HANA with an understanding of interactions with other procurement solutions, such as SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. The role has a focus on driving adoption of the Intelligent Spend Management by engaging existing and prospective customers by showing empathy and creating a memorable experience across our end-to-end engagement with the outcome of a customer for life. To achieve this, you will need to be able to help identify and execute demand generation activities, become an educator of both our customers and supporting partners, undertake discovery to understand the business drivers for change, deliver engaging and value-driven demonstrations, strategic proof of concepts to our prospects and throughout the whole process provide a memorable experience. To achieve a customer for life the relationship must not stop at the point of sale but continue post-sale by ensuring hand-off to the services partner and continuing to follow up with the customer post-sale to ensure we have a customer for life.
The primary responsibility are to influence the Sales effort by working closely with the sales team by:
Listening to customers' and prospects' Procurement and Spend Management problems and needs Communicating SAP vision for Intelligent Spend Management via multiple solutions – S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, etc Leading compelling, memorable and tailored product demonstrations Additional responsibilities include taking the lead in responding to functional RFx’s and helping the team build supporting ROI business cases for prospects and customers. Presenting our solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders in many different industries from the C-suite to the hands-on end-user Providing our customers with solution expertise to support strategic Proof of Concepts. Maintaining knowledge with quarterly release cycles you need to proactively stay up to date on the latest enhancements and new capability Working with a diverse team spread across ANZ you will work on a variety of opportunities Innovate, innovate and innovate across client solutions architected, presentations given and those mesmerizing demonstration Display deep knowledge of the customer’s processes (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Finance).
