As part of the solution architecture function, the Senior Solution Architect provides architecture leadership and direction designing cost-effective solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and IT communicating effectively with your key stakeholders to quickly understand business needs, identify technical solutions and create the optimal design to deliver business value.  You will ensure successful deployment by providing architectural assurance and making timely decisions throughout the technical implementation. 

The Senior Enterprise & ERP Solution Architect role will provide Architectural leadership across Enterprise & ERP missions, architecting the solutions required to satisfy business needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead Enterprise & ERP Architecture: Provide overarching architectural leadership for enterprise and ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with the organisation's technology roadmap, architecture principles, standards, and security compliance.

• Own and create conceptual designs, capability models (business and IT), and architecture artifacts ("As-Is", "Target", "Reference") to support governance processes and guide solution development.

• Drive Solution Design & Communication: Lead analysis, creation, and updates of architecture artifacts, translating technical details into business value through winning architectures that deliver real benefits.

• Facilitate Technical Decision-Making: Facilitate discussions with engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible, efficient, scalable, and contribute to technical simplicity.

• Manage Technical Governance & Risk: Understand technical governance and risks, developing reliable, data-secure, and compliant solutions through structured analysis.

• Develop Platform Strategy & Proposals: Develop signature-ready proposals that directly support the Enterprise & ERP Platform Strategy.

• Own and optimise the Enterprise & ERP Platform roadmap, ensuring investments are optimised for strategic priorities by focusing on simplifying the IT landscape and reducing complexity.

• Ensure solutions align with the organisation's technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.

• Lead Platform Governance & Compliance: Represent architecture principles, designs, and decisions in governance meetings, and obtain architectural approval for designs and new Enterprise & ERP platform capabilities.

• Bridge Business & IT: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Business IT Directors, Enterprise Architects, and IT teams, to understand business needs, identify optimal technical solutions, and create designs that translate into business value.

• Architecture Advocacy: Actively represent architecture principles, designs, and decisions in governance meetings (IT Design Authority, Architecture Review Boards, workshops) and program meetings (ESG/DSG, workshops).

• Project Support: Provide pre-project, ongoing, and post-project support to program managers for successful project delivery.

• Champion Reusable Architecture: Drive the creation and adoption of reusable architecture components, fostering collaboration and reuse across teams.

• Knowledge Management: Develop a systematic approach to knowledge management across solution lifecycles to capture and share valuable technical expertise.

• Component & Framework Development: Develop reusable components and frameworks to promote software design efficiency.

Requirements for the role:

• ERP Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&SCM, including on-premises and cloud components, ensuring scalability and performance across multiple regions.

• ERP Design & Architecture: Skill in designing ERP solutions that meet business needs, with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&SCM functionality and alignment with company goals.

• Module & Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules, with experience in migrating from legacy ERPs to Dynamics 365 F&SCM, including data migration and cloud services like MS Azure.

• Technical Knowledge & IT Security: Strong IT security knowledge and experience, coupled with technical expertise in a range of infrastructure, applications, and system integration, with a desire to extend technical capabilities.

• Workflow Automation: Familiarity with Power Automate for automating workflows.

• Cloud Integration: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 F&SCM with both on-premises and cloud business platforms.

• Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of business processes in finance, logistics, and HR, with the ability to design solutions that enhance these processes using Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

• Consensus Building: Ability to build consensus on proposed technical solutions across a wide range of technologies.


How you will be rewarded:


Salary range for this position is from 50,500 to 93,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
