To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: https://vimeo.com/732533072 Job Description HII is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect 5 to join United States Air Force Joint Mission Assurance Assessment (JMAA) teams in the Ft. Meade area. These teams perform Mission Assurance Assessment (MAA) missions integrating Mission Assurance-related programs and activities into a comprehensive, standardized, risk management assessment that assesses probabilistic risk to assets, systems, and essential capabilities. Team members support the three phases of Mission Assurance Assessments including the Pre-Assessment Phase (mission analysis and pre-site survey); the Assessment Phase (vulnerability/risk assessment); and the Post-Assessment Phase (post analysis and reporting). Support to these phases is in accordance with DoD Instruction 3020.45 (Mission Assurance Construct) and CJCSI 3209.01A Mission Assurance Construct Implementation. Essential Job Responsibilities + Project Management: + Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. + Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Process Mapping/Development: + Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Develop and document new processes and procedures to enhance cybersecurity operations. + Ensure alignment of processes with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. + Solution Design: + Design and architect secure cyber solutions to address the needs of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and the Department of Defense (DoD). + Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to implement secure solutions. + Create detailed design documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. + Integration with Other DAF and DoD Data Systems and Processes: + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless interoperability with existing DAF and DoD data systems. + Develop integration strategies and implement solutions to connect disparate systems and processes. + Conduct testing and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality Minimum Qualifications + 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. + Minimum of 15 years in data system architecture and project management. + Extensive experience briefing complex projects to DAF Senior Leaders (General Officer / Senior Executive Service). + Extensive experience in leading USAF complex projects across multiple functional communities and command levels. + Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Data Science, or Computer Science. + Credentials: Project management certification (PMP or equivalent). + Specialization: At least 5 years' experience with Department of the Air Force enterprise data systems and processes and 3 years in developing data integration and workflows in the Palantir Foundry or equivalent data integration platform. + Certification: Obtainment of “Foundry Solution Architect” certification is required within 90 days of award. + Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application and be eligible for a Full Scope Polygraph. Preferred Requirements + Top Secret/SCI with FS Poly + Foundry Solution Architect Physical Requirements + Work Environment: Primarily indoor, office-based with occasional visits to data centers or client sites. + Travel: May require occasional travel to client locations or project sites. + Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods. + Capability to work at a computer for long hours.
