The Senior Solution Architect (AMS – Application Management Services) is a key role responsible for overseeing the  venue-specific issue resolution and configuration changes of the customers system.

This position ensures that the customer’s health system’s  operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. 

The Senior Solution Architect serves as the subject matter expert, providing leadership in system optimization, troubleshooting, and support for new technology adoption.

The Senior Solution Architect has extensive contact with appropriate counterparts as needed to guide the solution design and supporting processes to ensure the successful use of Cerner's software solutions.
