We are looking for a skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our growing team supporting the US Region and contribute to the success of our clients.
Job OverviewAs a Senior Solution Consultant at Zycus works with the existing customers as part of the Customer Account Management Team and supports them in cross-sell and upsell winning deals. As software solutions get more and more complex, CAM teams are dividing responsibilities between Customer Account Managers (CAM) and Solutions Consultants (SC). As our Technical Product Expert, you will be a part of our CAM Team and will be responsible for product positioning and consulting our customers on Product Fit and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning. You will be trained to answer all the questions the CAMs can’t and provide advanced technical product expertise to demonstrate capabilities and architect solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Customer Success – Obsessive and unwavering commitment to making customers successful and maintain yearly renewal targets. Health check and Value Assessment – Develop intervention and health check strategies to improve customer implementation and to develop new opportunities. Focus On Results – Relentless focus on delivering results through innovation and a bias for action. Strive For Excellence – Commitment to a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability Drive account pursuits strategically through product demonstrations & solutioning of customer business requirements Be responsible for all aspects of opportunities pursuits from kick-off to submission Be responsible for product positioning, evaluating customer’s requirements and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning. Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Source to Pay (S2P) Functional areas. Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful one. Work with the Zycus Customer Account Managers and partners on Zycus implementations in designing the optimal end to end source to pay solution design that will enable customers to successfully realize the value of their Zycus S2P deployment. Develop S2P implementation best practices within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoption. Collaborate with documentation, training, and product management teams internally within your area of expertise. Engage customers in enlightened business needs discussions versus feature/function basics. Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Zycus platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs. Create and/or improve implementation templates, training, and presentations. Follow Zycus implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer’s unique business needs. Share relevant prior experiences with customers and colleagues. Aid colleagues where needed. Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off the client site. Provide Zycus platform demonstrations and various training.
