Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, leveraging data analysis for informed decision-makingProcess Design: Design and implement new processes that align with organizational goals and monitor performance for continuous improvementPre-Project Consulting: Provide consulting support for a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business direction and requirementsCross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to create optimal technical designs, incorporating the latest technologies and industry practicesProject Management: Plan, execute, and monitor medium to large-scale initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Solution Validation: Facilitate design walkthroughs to validate solutions against business requirements and IT architecture, serving as an escalation point for solution analystsStakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate changes effectively across the organizationTeam Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to team members, managing external third parties as necessary to ensure project successInnovation Promotion: Drive technical innovation and propose new approaches to improve system design and streamline product deliveryAgile Coaching: Act as an IT practice champion or Agile coach, promoting DevSecOps practices and contributing to the strategic roadmap in collaboration with application managersRequirements
Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferredExperience: Over 10 years of relevant IT experience, encompassing software development, system analysis, business analysis, solution definition, and system testingClient Relations: Proven experience in client-facing roles with successful relationship management skillsCommunication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting solutions to diverse stakeholder groupsTeam Management: Experience managing a software development team, providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced team membersAnalytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combining logic and creativity to address challengesTechnical Expertise: Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI,cloud, DevOps, APIs, and mobile solutions, is advantageousIndustry Knowledge: Understanding of the airline or travel industry is highly beneficial, along with solid software development skillsAgile Experience: Experience working on Agile projects, with a consulting background considered a significant advantageInnovation Drive: Proven ability to drive technical innovation and effectively utilize outsourced or globally distributed resourcesPersonal & Application Information
