Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and deliver IT solutions to meet business needs with aligning the IT practice and enterprise architecture frameworksOversee the delivery of IT solutions with managing timelines, resources and budget while ensuring the quality and adherence to IT governanceManage various IT teams with internal and external on providing services and supports to the solutions while ensuring smooth operations in business areaLead the IT teams to deliver continuously with fulfilling the needs in the aspects of risk and security areasEvaluate IT solutions and supports with recommending enhancements to improve systems efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with business teams to understand the business directions and requirements for managing portfolio pipeline of initiatives and prioritiesArticulate solution options while collaborating with various IT teams from an end-to-end process and deliveryEnsure IT solutions comply with Airline and IT regulations and standardsCommunicate effectively on IT related activities under projects, enhancement and supports to all stakeholdersCoach and mentor IT teammates with the IT best practice in solution deliveryRequirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplinesMinimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years hands-on solution delivery experience in large scale projects / agile projectsProficiency in software development and system integration is a mustFamiliar with the application development methodologies, system architecture and cloud technologies is essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skill with the ability to translate technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders is necessaryExperience in leading and mentoring a team on supporting business and IT initiativesProven track record in managing end-to-end solution delivery and project lifecyclesAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with proactive attitude and mindsetPersonal & Application Information
