Senior Solution Lead — Airport

Key Responsibilities
Identify ways to drive growth, productivity and improvement for the AirlinesUnderstand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirementsCo-create the product roadmap with the businessCross-team collaboration with the developers, analyst and architects to architect and develop the best technical design. Conceptualise and propose solution approaches based on the latest technology (including but not limit to mobile technology, wearable devices, blockchain, chatbot, machine learning) and airline industrial practise (including but not limit to IATA Resolutions, One-World Digital Practice, NDC, One-Order, Travel ID)Generates ideas and develop new approaches to improve overall system design and/or streamline delivery of product/systemFocus on medium to large scale initiativesAccountable for making timely risk mitigation decision and mobilising resources for projects by considering operational and financial metricsProactively ensure that the team members are provided with the necessary organizational insight to make effective decisionAccountable for team resource planning and Manage external 3rd partiesPromote DevSecOps practice and data strategy defined by Enterprise Architect and provide the necessary feedback to improve relevant practice and strategyRequirements
Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline is preferred10+ years of related IT experience covering but not limited to: Software developmentSystem analysisBusiness analysisSolution definitionSystem TestingProven extensive client facing experience with successful relationship managementOutstanding verbal and written communication skillExperience managing a software development teamProfessional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholdersExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativityProven troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideasExperienced in driving technical innovationSolid software development skill is highly beneficialExperience in working with Agile projectsAmadeus Altea DCS system and airport operation business knowledge is highly beneficialPersonal & Application Information
