Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud solutions that align with customers' business goals
- Build trusted relationships with customers as their technical advisor
- Contribute customer insights to shape AWS platform development
- Create technical content including reference architectures and best practices
- Share knowledge through workshops, community events, and speaking engagements

A day in the life
You'll collaborate with account executives and customers to understand business challenges and design innovative solutions. Your day might include architecting new solutions, presenting technical workshops, writing best-practice guides, or mentoring team members. You'll regularly engage with various AWS teams to ensure customer success.
