We’re looking for an amazing Senior Solution Architect to fill this role. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person at our Miami or Seattle Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for strategic design, implementation, enhancements, and maintenance to CRM, Marketing Technology, Data Quality, data warehouse, data pipelines and Business Intelligence. This role will typically be challenged with executing agreed development pace while maintaining strict SLA standards. Is this you? **Responsibilities** + Evaluate business requirements to determine the most appropriate technical architecture and design patterns + Designs and implements high-performance, scalable enterprise information architecture and distributed applications design + Assist the data engineering and BI manager and Scrum masters in breaking down projects into Jira tickets + Participates in code reviews and provides suggestions to improve quality and comply with architectural, design, and coding standards and best practices + Develop and maintain audit and validation processes to detect data integrity problems and work with developers internally and externally to solve data integrity issues + Direct and support implementation of software and hardware upgrades for all CRM, MarTech, data and BI technologies. **Requirements** + 7 years of Administration and development experience in data warehousing, ETL, and BI + Experience in development and administration of Python programming (minimum 2 years required) + Experience in cloud concepts (minimum 3 years Preferred) + Software engineering with experience in design, development, and scheduling batch scripts (minimum 5 years required) + Experience with a relational database (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata or Netezza) (minimum 5 years required) + Experience with Snowflake (3 years required) + Experience in dashboard reporting such as Tableau or Power BI (minimum 2 years required) + Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (5 years required) + Proficiency using SQL or stored procedure programming. + Proficiency using Snowflake. + Proficiency in cloud concepts. + Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams. + Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills. + Strong oral and written communication skills + IT leadership experience coordinating technical developers **What You Can Expect** + Cruise and Travel Privileges for You and Your Family + Health Benefits + 401(k) + Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Training & Professional Development + Tuition & Professional Certification Reimbursement + Rewards & Incentives + Base Salary Range: $124,600 to $168,200. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
