Work Experience
Over 5 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in enterprise IT.Experience in providing technical support and problem resolution to customers.Communication skills, including conversation, presentation, and listening.Understanding of application development processes, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and migration/change management.Business-level English communication skills.Basic knowledge of programming languages, including APIs, and over 1 year of development experience.Understanding of IT system infrastructure, including OS, networks, middleware, and databases.Competencies
