About our Team
This role is within the Solutions Consulting team supporting LNRS’ end to end Financial Crime and Compliance Lifecycle Management Platform - RiskNarrative. The RiskNarrative platform is a truly zero code orchestration platform revolutionising the way our customers in regulated markets globally manage the complex task of fulfilling their regulatory requirements and mitigating both AML and Fraud risk. About The Role
You will support a high performing RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting team supporting APAC wide sales activity, working collaboratively with Sales on an exciting range of customer projects across a wide range of regulated markets. You must have great interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated with a great sense of initiative.
The Senior Solutions Consultant role within the RiskNarrative SC team will place you in a fast-paced environment, bringing a consistently varied workload, allowing lots of potential for exposure to a broad range of customer conversations at all levels, and opportunities for growth. The technology is cutting edge, and the capability is both broad and infinitely configurable, meaning that no two customer projects are the same.
Responsibilities
Act as RiskNarrrative deep domain subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and it’s application across regulated marketsSupport high value and/or complex opportunitiesBe responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, to support commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required. The role is to help give prospects the confidence and understanding of how the RiskNarrative solution operates, and will interface with their internal architecture, to ensure the success of the sales team, and correspondingly the global RiskNarrative sales targetBe responsible for maintaining high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC teamAlongside RN Solutions Consulting Director, take responsibility for creating and maintaining Global RN SC Best PractiseAssist sales calls remotely or face to face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentationsManage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processesSupport the training of internal teams in understanding RiskNarrative, and delivering excellent solution demonstrations and customer engagementsSupport the sales team in pricing customisationResponsible for leading the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows to help evidence how it aligns with our customer’s requirements. This will require understanding of the RiskNarrative API (Application Programming Interface) and some basic understanding of the infrastructure, architecture, and security protocols to manage initial discussions with customers
