As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems through your collaboration in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You have recommendations on how to imagine, develop, and launch solutions with transformative power.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
You have at least 7 years of software engineering experience with expertise in: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Python, REST API services, HTML, JavaScript, KAFKA and AWS
You’re thoughtful in your approach to software engineering best practices. You lead others in implementing high quality, maintainable and extensible code base
You have technical expertise, a strong business acumen, leadership skills and proven experience providing knowledge transfer
Your agile mindset and passion for designing product user experiences enable rapid business growth
You have technology vendor management experience. You’ve provided technical direction, guidance, and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $121,706-$194,730
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
