Abbott is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer / Associate Recruiter to provide candidate research, lead generation, and initial phone screening as part of an in-house executive recruitment team that supports all divisions and business functions. This sourcer will be responsible for identification and contact of passive candidates, partnering with one or more executive recruiters in support of key job openings, and a commitment to diverse slates.
Operating out of a major hub location, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise, and serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent. It is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on candidate experience and business performance. Individuals should have years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating and submitting passive candidates. Experience supporting diversity recruitment preferred.
What You’ll Work On
Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidatesInterview, evaluate and recommend candidatesProvide recruitment and customer service for multiple client groupsCollaborate to define position requirements, sourcing strategies and action plansDeliver research-oriented talent mappings and insights projectsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction with recruiters and candidatesEnsure Workday and CRM database are updated in an accurate and timely mannerBuild and maintain active CRM talent poolsCodify and govern sourcing best practices and tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of career experience, preferrably in sourcing1+ years of recruitment experience, where sourcing was involvedTrack record spanning 2+ industries and 2+ functional areas
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device industryExperience at in-house corporationsExperience with Fortune 500 client baseExperience supporting Director and above level hiring

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
