WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be part of the Consumer Field of Play Sourcing Team, reporting to the Men's CFoP Director working. You will also work alongside the Responsive Sourcing Principal to support the Greater China Rapid Restock seasonal execution and process advancement.

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage sourcing and cost planning activities with the ability to focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate will provide a proactive approach to bring multiple stakeholders together and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with exceptional communication skills. Having the ability to influence, collaborate, and create consensus is a must.

The candidate needs:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation or Manufacturing.Strategic thinking and enterprise mindsetAbility to lead and influence without direct authorityAbility to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to detailsHighly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared vision

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for the Energy/Neighborhood FOP working with the triad to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy.  You will drive profitability by defining the style level targets by working with Finance to understand the FOP targets and you will work with a cross-functional team enhancing the GC RR process and procedures.

The role entails:

Creating and executing the FOP sourcing strategyManaging the cost planning process to ensure profitabilityProvides project support on seasonal initiativesContributes to best practices in processes and operating modelsUnderstand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal executionDrive the seasonal GC RR sourcing collaboration and alignment: working closely with GC RR, CFoP and Seasonal Sourcing teams on seasonal product selection processKey member of the GC responsive core team and act as CFoP sourcing expert in process, timelines, & discipline for GC requestsBe on point or as project lead for certain process enhancements related to GC responsive
