FPS is looking for a Senior Sourcing Lead that will be responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified professionals for contact center agent positions within the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing plans, leveraging various recruitment channels. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and agent recruitment teams to understand workforce needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies for BPO positions Identify key skill requirements and qualifications for different programs. Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for various BPO roles.Candidate Engagement Develop and execute effective candidate engagement strategies to create a positive candidate experience. Conduct resume screening to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.Screening and Interviewing Review resumes and applications, conduct chat screening, and pre-qualify candidates for further stages of the interview process. Knowledgeable in all facets of the digital media channels used for communications such as but not limited to; WhatsApp, Viber, etc. Talent Pipelining: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently hired BPO roles to ensure quick and efficient recruitment. Continuously engage with potential candidates to foster relationships and anticipate future hiring needs.Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements. Generate regular reports for HR and management to provide insights into the recruitment process. Vendor/Cost Management Analyze BPO cost structures and identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising service quality. Implement cost tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure budget adherence. Lead the vendor selection process by developing RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) that capture specific requirements. Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct comparative analysis, and recommend potential partners to senior management.Project Management Managing projects involving digital media, automation, and the implementation of new tools within the realm of Sourcing and Recruitment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry. In-depth knowledge of BPO job roles, skills, and industry trends. Strong sourcing skills using various methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other relevant tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Creative thinking and innovative approaches to talent sourcing and engagement. Amenable to work in a hybrid setup and night schedule.
