As the Senior Sourcing Lead-Large Fabrication, you will work closely with Sr. Manager, Asian Sourcing and Global Category Manager to manage existed supplier relationships and KPI, launch new sourcing projects per Global Category Plan to deliver best results to all stakeholders in the organization and our customers.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: (Add MAX 4 bullets of desired eligibility requirements)
· Bachelor or master’s Degree in Mechanical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding
· Ten+ years’ experience in global sourcing, mechanical manufacturing, fabrication related experience
· Effective communication and analytical skills
· Knowledge in the project management and large fabrication builds is essential

· Very good negotiation skills

· Candidate should be collaborative and team player

· Very good English speaking and presenting
