Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist. Responsibilities: * Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet the client's growing and evolving organizational and workforce planning needs * Sourcing Specialist employs proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas * Develops extensive pools of highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill current and future needs * Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations * Assists with research on the talent markets to determine the supply vs demand, competitor intelligence and best places to find talent * Builds applicant sources and implements creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified prospects utilizing our digital online platforms that includes but is not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed resume database, etc. * Promotes a consistent company brand to candidates and applicants * Uses hiring and sourcing statistics to continually improve in making informed decisions * Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants * Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants Sources and refers qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for consideration
